This is a desk that two people are sharing for home and work purposes.  The first thing we did was “zone the desk”.  So the two users were clear in what spaces were being used for work and what spaces were being used for home. 

Maintaining your office is mostly about maintaining your paper. 

We spent most of the time setting up a filing system to maintain the paper coming in.  Every piece now has a home.
